Instructors do a lot of advance preparation for our workshops and they rely on full attendance, but we understand that sometimes a student may need to cancel their workshop registration. If you must cancel, please do it as far in advance as possible.

Refunds
- 90% refund for cancellations 14 days or more before the first scheduled workshop session.
- 75% refund for cancellations 8 to 13 days in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations 2 to 7 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of the first scheduled workshop session.
In case of illness
If you have come down with a contagious illness, please contact us and do not come to the workshop.
If we cancel a workshop
If we must cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund and we will notify you as quickly as possible.
