Enhance your fiber enjoyment by learning the magical (and addictive) art of spinning on a wheel.
Hooked on spinning your own yarn but seek to speed up the process? In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use a spinning wheel to create your own wool yarn.
Note: Students should have experience spinning on a spindle. You can register for Becky’s Spinning on a Drop Spindle class on March 5 HERE.
- Skill level Beginner +
- Age appropriate 12+ (minors must have a parent on site)
- Materials fee $15 (includes wool for spinning)
- Students should bring
Spinning wheel in good working order, extra bobbins, note-taking materials, lunch, & tote bag for fiber. Note: If you need to borrow or rent a wheel, contact Becky (rjstitch@gmail.com).
